Over more than 10 years in the construction industry, Bradley has worked for some of Australia's largest builders and developers, developing hands-on commercial experience across project delivery, contracting, procurement, negotiations and claims.
LMA was established to give contractors direct access to experienced commercial capability without needing to permanently employ that capability or engage a large consultancy.
The approach is deliberately practical. Contract wording is considered alongside programme, procurement, design, delivery, stakeholder and cash-flow pressures so that advice reflects how construction projects actually operate.
